Nothing on this site is engineering, legal or permitting advice. Soil, drainage, local rules and HOA requirements differ from one property to the next, and each city, county or HOA is the only authority on its own requirements. Do not rely on anything here in place of an assessment of your own property.

No pricing

No page on this site states a price, and none should be inferred. Cost is set by the contractor after seeing the property, since that is the first point at which it can be answered honestly.
